We hope you love the items you ordered! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return process simple and hassle-free.
Most items sold on Costumeslive.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that all applicable return conditions are met. Details are as follows:

Almost all of our items, including standard sizes, are made-to-order. This means each piece is crafted specifically for you once the order is placed. To maintain our commitment to sustainability and minimize environmental waste, we kindly ask you to avoid "bracket buying" (purchasing multiple items with the intent to keep only one).
Return Process
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. You can do this via "My Orders" or by contacting our Customer Service team. We highly recommend inspecting and trying on your items as soon as they arrive.
Once your request is submitted, our team will contact you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Important Notes
· All returned items must include the original packaging, original price tags, and intact security seals, and must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and packaging in good condition. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
· After receiving the return address, please ship the package within 7 days and provide the return tracking number. Failure to do so will result in the return/exchange request being automatically closed, and the return process cannot be continued.
· If the package is returned to any address other than the one provided, we will be unable to process the return or exchange.
· You are responsible for tracking the return shipment. Once the returned item has been successfully delivered, please contact us to request the refund.
· When the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and/or tested to ensure it meets the return eligibility and the applicable return requirements listed above. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Please Note:
If you receive an incorrect item, wrong size, or a damaged/defective product, select the corresponding reason and upload clear photos. Your request will be automatically forwarded to our customer service team, who will investigate the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.
How to Create a Return Request
· Log in to your Costumeslive account and go to the Order page.
If you are unable to log in to your account, please contact our customer service team.
· Submit a return request:
On the “My Orders” page, locate the order you wish to return and click “Return Request.” You will then be directed to the page where you can submit your return application.
· Ship the package:
Please return the package using a safe and reliable shipping service to ensure it reaches us successfully. Keep the return receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
Refunds
Please Note:
1. When the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and/or tested to ensure it meets the return eligibility and the applicable return requirements listed above.
If the item passes our quality inspection, a refund will be issued.
If our inspection determines that the returned item does not meet the return eligibility or the stated return requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and refuse a refund or issue store credit instead.
2. For returned items, we will refund the price paid for the returned item(s) and the applicable taxes only.
Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
If a restocking fee applies, it will also be deducted from the refund amount.
3. We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at any time, including but not limited to the following reasons:
o The return condition is unacceptable (worn, altered, washed, or damaged).
o The return is sent back without prior authorization.
o Bulk orders containing multiple sizes or styles of the same item.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request or contact our customer service team directly for assistance with the return.
Please note that we may be unable to process such requests after 14 days of receipt.
Try-On Policy
Almost all items on our website are made-to-order, including standard size items. Therefore, we are unable to support the practice of purchasing multiple items with the intention of keeping only one, as this also contributes to environmental waste.
If you are unsure about the color, size, or style, we offer free custom sizing and personal shopping assistance to help you find the perfect outfit.
Please note that returns without quality issues are limited to one item only, and a 15% try-on fee will be deducted from the refund.
