All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact us to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellation after payment

①. None-Tailor-Made: The size selecting from the existing size range or options displaying in corresponding item page is referred to Items in "None-Tailor-Made” mode.
②.Tailor-Made: The selecting of corresponding option named “Tailor-Made” which is displayed under the size column. Tailor made is available for your fill in different measurements to the corresponding size columns after selecting the related option.
Cancellation before payment
1.Sign into your account and click on “order list”.
2.Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
3.Click on “Cancel” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
