Most of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you purchase a 24 hours quick shipping item, we may not be able to cancel the order, because once you place the order, our warehouse will hand over the package to the shipping company as soon as possible. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact us to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. 

For all vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories, orders may be canceled at any time before shipment for a full refund.

For wedding dresses and custom items:

1. Free cancellation within 24 hours after payment confirmation;

2. Cancellation after 24 hours but before shipment: 50% of the item price will be charged;

3. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and will be handled in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation before payment

1.Sign into your account and click on “order list”.

2.Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.

3.Click on “Cancel” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
