      Well made for the price! I paired this with panniers, as without, the dress would likely drag on the floor, so you'll have to purchase that separately.

      I used this for a Mary Antoinette costume with a pannier and needed it quickly. I'm 5'9", it was lifted by the pannier, and it still only came a few inches off the floor.

      Love the material, fit and details. Steamed wrinkles out easily. I recommend a white hoop or full, white crinaline if you want skirt to appear full. Ordered XS, which was good for 5', 115 lbs. Needed 3 inch heels because it was too long without a hoop. With a hoop the length would have been fine.
