Overall Fit:Ture to sizeElegance. That’s what I felt as I pulled the deepest black satin out of the package. Then the fullness of the skirt, like an inky ocean of ruffles. No worries about how to accessorize, the high neck left no bother of adornment, the long sleeves no pressure for cuffs or bangles. It was long enough for me to wear my comfortable shoes without them showing much. I put on a bit of black eye makeup and red lip stain, brushed my hair, and was ready for even the fanciest ball or restaurant. The technical stuff: I’m 65”/165cm, 120lbs/55kg, and am 28”/71cm at the bust, 26”/66cm at the waist, and 37”/94cm at the hip and ordered a small. The length was perfect, but the top was a bit loose (though easily fixed by a bra). If looking to order, I’d suggest using your waist measurement, then bust: shoes will fix height, and the skirt will accommodate any hip size. The bows and corset did not come attached, and I was a bit nervous about making too many holes in the beautiful satin trying to pin the bows on. The corset that came with it kept bunching up at the smallest part of my waist, but that may have been due to my body shape. It is made of fine lace, and I imagine would stay on better for someone who doesn’t have such a large difference between hips and waist. The corset pictured is one of my own. Overall, worth every penny, actually half to a third of the price of similar dresses in stores where I’m at (New Jersey, USA). It is comfortable and well made. I heard of Lolita fashion after watching Pokemon, and I feel just like a Gothitelle in my new dress: dark and beautiful.

Overall Fit:Ture to sizeI bought this used off a friend,had to resize a 2XL,the waist cincher is not very good i had to borrow one that was quite larger and wear it low but it looked just as well,for the price this dress is so nice.and this is after a friend had worn it multiple times and resized it from XXL.
in the pictures it is worn with a real A-Line petticoat from a wedding dress shop.
